Little Mermaid dark ride video
A fantastic, new video has been uploaded on the Disney Parks Blog. It shows a lot of the props and Audio-Animatronics that will be used in both versions of the "Journey of the Little Mermaid" dark ride! Take a look behind-the-scenes (from the Disney Parks Blog):
I am really looking forward to see this! It looks really amazing, a true masterpiece! What do you think??
"What do you think??"
ReplyDeleteI think I'm really happy Disney didn't build a Disney's Florida Adventure here.
^ Why? It would have been an interesting park. DCA is a pretty good park to.
ReplyDeleteAs for the ride, OMG I can't wait now.
no thanks disney's california adventure is basically disney's hollywood studios with a worse theme, less organizing and cheap rides.
ReplyDeleteI'll take Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom anyday.
Well I think DCA is on the way to becoming an amzing park..
ReplyDeleteJust hate the idea that the ride was made for Disneyland Paris and now we are the last to get this amazing attraction,if we ever get it !!!
It has a great theme. Ive been excited about the entire makeover since the beginning and I track the progress each week and I can tell that it will be an awesome park. Yes it is under heavy construction but when you look at what that construction has been done so far (Toy Story Mania, re-done California Screamin, Silly Symphony Swings, 3 of 4 phases of Red Car Line etc.) its really nothing short of a miracle. When Paradise Pier completely re-opens in May this year it will be adding Little Mermaid, 2 new restaurants, and new themed shops (as well as not having to run into work walls every 400 ft).
ReplyDeleteThen to just add to that in late 2011 the brand new entrance will open completing the theme from where it starts, when you enter the park. It will also complete Red Car Line as well. Then in 2012 that new section called Cars Land opens ;)
Oh we're getting Little Mermaid so don't worry about it. It was still listed on the new map. We are probably just getting a different facade because we have the space for it
