SeaWorld and Busch Gardens raise ticket prices
Screamscape has reported that in these days both SEAWORLD Orlando and BUSCH GARDENS Tampa have raised their ticket prices. Busch Gardens' ticket now costs $3 more, while SeaWorld Orlando has raised its price by only $1. For Aquatica, the difference is only 4 cents, so that's not too bad, is it?
Here you are the updated ticket prices:
- SeaWorld Orlando: $79.99 for Adults
$69.99 for Children 3-9.
- Aquatica: $47.99 for Adults
$41.99 for Children.
- Busch Gardens: $77.99 for Adults
$67.99 for Children 3-9.
Busch Gardens had the "highest" difference, obviously because they know that many people will go there, especially this year, to see the new roller coaster: Cheetah Hunt.
SeaWorld Orlando will have some more visitors too, thanks to debut of a brand-new show that will replace "BELIEVE" next year. Aquatica... well, it won't have anything new (as for now, nothing has been announced), therefore they decided to raise the ticket by just 4 cents. So, what do you think?
I was at Sea World today (Monday 11/22) & saw Believe ...... & it wan't good. Saw it last year & it WAS great. Everyone seemed out of it & kinda sad. For example, the 2 trapeeze/bungee guys in black were nowhere in sync - they were WAY off. The rest of the cast just didn't seem to have their hearts in it.
ReplyDeleteOf course, last year I saw Dawn Brancheau do the Shamu show ..... & I think her loss has had a HUGE effect on ALL of the shows. The Shamu show felt VERY sad, & even the Clyde & Seymore show (the sea lions) wasn't as fun as usual.
However, the park is beautiful - I think it's the cleanest of all the Orlando parks - & the people that work there (as well as the guests) were all very nice. I has to ride a couple of rides by myself & not only did the cast members make an effort to make sure I was having fun, my fellow riders also checked on me - which I thought was VERY nice.
I really like the previous Believe show. It gave me goosebumps at one time. It is sad that it was dumb down to a show that I haven't seen but can't imagine it being any better than what remains.
ReplyDeleteBut with that said, "at this moment" I have no beef with Seaworld. Something bad happened, it may had happen again or not, but it they didn't do anything about it and something else happened that would just had been unacceptable.
I hope the new show is great, I don't think it would be better than (old) Believe with the new guidelines, but I think it will be a lot better that what remains of Believe. So it will be an improvement what is playing now.
I agree with both of you... the current "BELIEVE" show is just a shameful version of its first, incredible Show!
