-OTPN admin.
For me the pictures start to load and some of them finish but then about 90% of the them time out. I also don't have a slow internet, well for Australia (We really need an upgrade of the system)I have a fast internet.
ReplyDeleteThe photos on the home page are good, but when I click to read the story with pictures, unfortunately the photos are not loading on the linked page.
ReplyDeleteIt has been like this for about a week now.
Let me think...
ReplyDeleteMaybe the problems are caused by Tinypic itself....
Let me do some researches.
I have no problem at all viewing the pictures.
ReplyDeleteThe problems I've been having happen on many web sites, so I don't think the problem is just with your page. I have a high speed cable internet connection.
ReplyDeleteIt takes forever for this page to load, but I think that is because I often use a netbook. When I use my iTouch (Safari), it loads much more quickly, but I can see all of the photos. I will check my laptop and see if it loads quickly on there.
ReplyDeleteI havent problems until last week I cant see any picture. In any computer! I´m so sad!
ReplyDeleteMy computer will load about all but 2 of them, but thats no big deal.
ReplyDeleteMy iPod will load all of the pictures at once leaving the bottom portion of the picture to be completed and then stop and only show me about 5 pictures.
Did you notice anything new I've added last week to the site that may have caused this? I don't have a clue!! Is it Tinypic?
ReplyDeleteBut don't worry, we'll figure it out!
I watch in a net-book almost always. But connection here is the higher they offered. Is about 90 dollars monthly. Still when you click read more 1-3 pics start to download, but don't finish. All the others are ok, but some doesn't fully download.
ReplyDeleteI don't think is that bad, (just a little) but since you ask...
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I noticed you put up a banner with all of the logos of the Orlando theme parks. Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that too (Jen) [above]
ReplyDeleteP.S. You have all the logos except Magic Kingdom :P
I also looked and the Facebook and sidebar pictures load first. Could that do it? Do you think taking off the stuff you don't need/use a lot could help? Just my humble 2 cents
Oh shoot! I forgot to add in my last comment that I use Google Chrome.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for the feedback. I put up the logos just two days ago, though, while the problems started a week ago...
ReplyDeleteI am afraid Tinypic is the problem, but I hope not, because for me it's the best photo-sharing site!!
Because the pictures are of a large format the loading can take a while. The last couple of days i see more pictures that cannot be loaded (red x). I think it has something to do with a timeout on the loading of the pictures.
