Universal IS green after all! They were recycling things even inside normal trash cans:

The new arch being built is reaaaaally smaller than the other two, so it's clear that it's going to be only temporary (the bridge was supposed to be destroyed on June 18th, but...well, they decided to keep it for a while..):
