Imagination pavilion... to be finally changed?

The Imagination Pavilion before was one of the greatest pavilion, because of the 4D theater that was something new at that time (1982) and also for the GREAT, real version of Journey Into Imagination, that featured Figment and the great Dreamfinder.
When it changed into "Journey into YOUR Imagination", it was a huge rollback, and even with the newest version ("Journey into Imagination with Figment") they didn't improve much.
Add also the fact that "Honey, I shrunk the Audience" has literally been OVERUSED and virtually everybody has seen it. And Imageworks (the area at the end of the Journey ride)? That was 'abandoned' too.

Well, finally there are some rumors about an extensive rehab, that could take place as soon as NEXT YEAR!
Here's what a cast member that went on the second floor of ImageWorks (under the glass pyramid) said on the Forum boards of WDWMagic (that we thank a lot):

"So I got an rare opportunity to go up to the old Imageworks area today. I originally wanted to just take some pics and be done, but instead I decided it would be best not to because of something I discovered. The middle section of Imageworks, near the Stage School area, was walled off with black work walls and signs that read "security cameras in use". I figured it'd be a bad idea to try to see what was on the other side, but as I was walking over to the elevator to leave, I spotted an open doorway and inside what appeared to be some TVs attached to a computer system of some sort. I didn't see any more than that, but it appears as though Imagineering is testing something in the old Imageworks area. The question is, is this mysterious test related to the Imagination pavilion or is it for something else entirely? Let the debate begin!"

And another cast member said:

"I was up there recently they were testing a 3D projection system."

So, what do you think? Are you willing to see a new Imagination pavilion?
