Rollercoaster to be almost 5000 feet long!
Screamscape continues to keep us informed on the new coaster project that is taking over Busch Gardens.
Here you are some new informations regarding the length of the coaster:
"A reader used a Google measurement tool to trace the new 2011 coaster layout in order to get an estimated overall track length for the new ride. They’ve come back with an estimated length of around 4,653 feet. If I’m not mistaken, this would make it the second longest coaster in the South-East US… with only Intimidator at Carowinds beating it with 5,300 feet, and just above Goliath at Six Flags over Georgia which clocks in at 4,480 feet. "
Well, sound good to me. Since it will be 4,653 feet - (1.4182344 kilometers), it will take a large amount of space in Busch gardens, but don't worry, they have
plenty of it.
Aren't you excited about it? Even though you may not like roller-coasters, remember that with them,
(at least here in Orlando) always come great theming!
So, see you on Sunday!
