Universal Studios Singapore NOW OPEN!
Universal Studios Singapore is now open!
As I said many times, I post some out-of-the-loop updates because they're somewhat related to our theme parks... like in this case.
Indeed as you know for sure, Universal Studios Singapore is a mix between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures. I prefer of course the two theme parks to be separated (as in Universal Orlando) because each of them has a different theme.
But I am really amazed by the level of theming of the park, which is only a few steps below IOA...

I think its a perfect mix of the best of all Universal parks. They have the infamous revenge of the mummy, shrek 4d, and waterworld as well as innovative premiere attractions like battlestar galactica. The only skiddish thing about US is the madagascar section. I don't see that lasting very long.

ReplyDeleteBut remember that the madagascar section includes a DARK-RIDE (the only one in the park!!), so it may be a good one!
Thanks for update! The Singapore Universal Studios is really perfect place for Singapore family vacation tour. The location is very tourist friendly and we really prefer it for family vacation tour. There are huge collection of best restaurants and shopping places.

Well yeah, if you don't count Revenge of the Mummy. The transformers ride similar to spiderman will also open in sci fi city in 2011. Madagascar isnt expected to open until summer
