News about Bus collision at EPCOT

"Eight people were taken to local hospitals after a Disney bus rear-ended a tour bus.
The tour bus’ driver told Florida Highway Patrol troopers she was having mechanical issues with the bus, which is why she pulled over to take a look and that's when the crash happened.
There were seven passengers on the Disney bus at the time of the crash.
Four of those passengers were taken to Celebration Hospital.
15-year-old has been released
16-year-old has serious injuries
1 male has minor injuries
1 male is serious
The other three were transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital. The conditions of an adult male, adult female and a child are not known at this time.
Jean Valentin, 41, the Disney bus driver, was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center, but is also expected to be OK.
There were no passengers on the tour bus at the time of the crash.
On Tuesday evening, Disney released the following statement:
"Safety is a cornerstone of our company and we are currently focused on the well being of those involved in the situation and we are working closely with law enforcement on this matter."
FHP is still investigating why the crash happened and how fast the Disney bus was going.
The speed limit in the area is 25 miles per hour.
Charges are pending in the crash.
This isn't the first problem for Disney transportation in the past year.
In September 2009, a suspicious device was found aboard a Disney bus. It was reportedly a transponder.
On July 16, 2009, several people were sent to the hospital when a Disney bus crashed near Disney's Contemporary Resort. A bus was changing lanes when it hit another bus.
Austin Wuennenberg was killed July 5, 2009 when one monorail slammed into another."

WDW has really got to clean up there transport systems as they are starting to get a poor safety record.
