Fantasyland expansion... part 3?
Let's talk about the new Fantasyland 2012...
The 1st part will include all the new castles, the Little Mermaid dark ride, the double Dumbo and the re-theming of Goofy's Barnstormer.
The 2nd part will include the new Pixie Hollow area.
And, what about the 3rd part?
Indeed, there's a new rumor (that started HERE) that the new Fantasyland project may go even further, changing the location of "It's a Small World" and replacing the now-unused skyway with a new flat ride.

What do you think? Does it sound good to you? And most of all: Can it be really done? Because, changing the location of a dark ride is not that simple...
I don't think they would move small world. Seems like a lot of unnecessary work for not a lot of gain.
ReplyDeleteagree with nicholas. also they would have to hide the side of haunted mansion which in unthemed (the show building).
ReplyDeleteI think Disney will defiantly consider moving the Small World Ride, the Imagineers have always said that building its a small world inside could have been one of there biggest mistakes, with so much more traffic in fantasyland I could see them trying to widen the area.
