Universal Studios Update: "Hasta La Vista, Terminator 2:3D" (PART 1)
It has been more than a month since Hurricane Irma caused a lot of damage in some Caribbean island and Florida, yet many are still dealing with damages, including the area's theme parks. As you'll notice, some of the banners that could be seen outside shops and attractions are still missing, one of the large backstage gates had to be removed as it was damaged during the storm, and tree branches need to be removed. At the same time, work continues on the new Fast & Furious ride.

As mentioned at the beginning of this post, banners are still missing in multiple areas of the park:

It looks like the wait time sign of Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem was recently upgraded:
A portion of the banner that used to hide the support of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit's lift hill is also missing:

Terminator 2:3D is now gone:
The Cyberdyne Systems sign is gone:
The attraction's main sign is also gone:
The small area used as stroller parking has been walled off:
The shop at the exit of the attraction is still operating:
The Terminator figure was turned around to face Guests entering the shop:
These doors will remain closed for a while:

The backstage gate by the Cafe La Bamba is still missing:
The NBC Media Center is no longer featured on park maps:
Woody Woodpecker's KidZone is still open, but rumors say it should be closing before the end of the year:
This area of the park really does look dated:
