Hollywood Studios Update: Muppet*Vision Gets New Sign (PART 2)
Welcome to the second part of our latest Disney's Hollywood Studios photo-report. Be sure to go back to PART 1 of this update to enjoy even more photos taken around this interesting theme park.
Previously, we were able to walk around Hollywood Boulevard, the Center Stage area of the park, Animation Courtyard, Pixar Place, and more. Our tour of the park continues as we move on to Muppet Courtyard, Echo Lake, and Sunset Boulevard. We hope you'll enjoy the rest of the photos.
Let's take a closer look at the facades being repainted:
A few more photos of the area (pardon the low quality of some of the photos, but the rain didn't help):
Muppets Courtyard:
Muppet*Vision 3D recently received a brand-new marquee:
It seems like there's more to come, as the top half of the facade looks quite bare:
We have a few more construction photos to share with you:
The "Battle Escape" building frame can be seen from quite a few areas within the park:
The Music of Pixar Live continues to delight Guests in the Theater of the Stars on Sunset Boulevard:

Still waiting on the former Phineas & Ferb meet to become a Star vs the Frces of Evil(Star/Marco)meet and greet
ReplyDeleteSo sickening how this park is full price to go to! There is nothing but construction taking place! This is a three attraction park which is unbelievably sad
ReplyDeleteIt does seem that there is a lot of construction at this park, but every major theme park around the world gets continuous updates to better serve the guests that pay to go there. This park might just have a little more than others, but the payoff will be extraordinary. Disney's Hollywood Studios still has plenty to do and can easily be seen in a full day. Don't forget about the shows, the street performers, an 2 nighttime spectaculars plus an additional projection show.
DeleteI agree with @tetroy64. While parks do go through upgrades, i have never heard of a park basically being 50% open. Most parks are seasonal which allows building during the off season but since Disney is not season i understand the process. Just think the price should be lower or for them to offer something better as a gift. They already had a nighttime show and street performers (which most people dont care for). I would love the DHS tickets to have a free park hopper feature (most wont use it) but it would definitely justify the cost of going. Plus all those character dining are expensive and not for everyone. I also have no kids so adding meet and greets are not great. I do love the park and it was my second fav disney park before the construction (might be first after) but adding a park hopper or maybe a free dining plan would make guest happy with that kind of money.
