Grand Floridian Resort's Convention Center Refurbishment

The Convention Center, its adjacent parking lot, as well as the Wedding Pavilion at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be closed for refurbishment Dec. 12–Jan. 1. During this time, these areas will be inaccessible to Guests. Work will take place during the day with potential noise impacts. The Convention Services office will continue to remain open during refurbishment, but the business center will relocate to the main building of the resort (at the old concierge desk).

Temporary Business Center Location: Main lobby, old concierge desk (Dec. 10–Jan. 1)

• Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–4 p.m. 
• Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m.–1 p.m. 
• Closed Sunday, Dec. 25 

Guest Computer Access: Main lobby, second floor, next to the Disney Vacation Club information desk 

• Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Airline boarding pass printing is free. There are charges associated with additional internet access.
