Animal Kingdom Update: Summer's Ending Soon (PART 1)
Summer is almost coming to an end. While this means that the theme parks will be less crowded and the weather will get cooler, it also means that park hours will be slightly reduced. Fortunately, this year, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will continue to remain open after sunset even in September and October, meaning that most of the nighttime experiences will continue to be available to Guests throughout the rest of the year. Let's take a look around the park now.
Work continues to be done around the Tree of Life:
Temporary walls can still be seen on the right side of the tree:
A smaller fence can be seen around the small body of water surrounding the structure:
Pizzafari's menu has changed again:
The clear covers for the spotlights used during the nighttime shows appear to be slightly different:
Some barges were placed near the bridge leading to Asia:
New signs direct Guests to the restrooms located next to the Flame Tree Barbecue restaurant:
Moving on:
Entering DinoLand U.S.A.:
The large dinosaur by the entrance of Dino-Rama now has dark spots along its back:
Walking through this area is always a true "pressure":
A true pressure? What does that mean?

ReplyDeleteIt's a pun. "Pressure" instead of "pleasure".
Love the new dark spots on the dinosaur.
ReplyDeleteStill hate Dinoland (cheap parking lot amusement park, except for the Dinosaur ride itself)
Are you saying that DAK won't be open after sunset in the winter?
Pressure? What does that mean? Are the game employees harassing you? Don't need to go there if so!
