This has got to be my most favorite ride at Disney World by far. Expedition Everest:

 The bunnies kind of just make their way in to snatch what the monkeys don't eat:













If you look in the very back of this picture along the water line, the hippo is back there. Mainly a shadow is all you can see. That's about the best we could see in person as well. It's hit or miss with this hippo exhibit:

    Was that really only a 5 minute standby wait on EE?

    Its been a few years since I've been to AK but I can never remember a wait that short, even in the off-season!

    Yes it was and it was awesome! We rode several times in a row since its a rare occasion.
