It's a small world... with Disney characters?

WARNING! This is only a rumor, since many Disney officials already denied this.

There was a rumor today at Screamscape (that we thank a lot, as usual) about "It's a Small World". Indeed, there have been some strange references to new Disney Characters that could be added to the attraction (just as they did with the Disneyland version). These references are found in some new merchandise articles being sold inside the park, and near the attraction:

 "WDW Mouse Tales has posted an interesting update this week from the park. In addition to the basic construction updates to Fantasyland and Main Street. Then they came across something that may give a clue as to what’s going on inside Small World during the current rehab. New Small World merchandise can now be found in Fantasyland gift shop outside Philharmagic that clearly shows classic Disney characters mixed in with the Small World dolls. Is a top secret upgrade to Small World taking place like the one done to Disneyland?"

Of course, this may only mean that they're importing merchandise from Disneyland, and then simply change the name... But, is that a clue? I'll leave the decision to you.
